Dr. Erika Brandt

Dr. Erika attended the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, CA, where she completed her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) degrees. She is licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of California by the California Acupuncture Board, as well as being trained and certified in Clean Needle Technique by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.

While being a well-rounded general practitioner, she has special interest in pain management, sports medicine, facial rejuvenation, and perinatal care. She truly has a desire to help patients in all stages of life, demonstrated by her broad clinical experiences during her intern training, from treating MediCal patients at the UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine to high-performing college athletes at UCSD's RIMAC complex, one of the largest college athletic facilities in the country.

She also has clinical experience in facial rejuvenation acupuncture, treating both cosmetic and facial paralysis patients, as well as treating hospice patients, their caregivers, and hospice staff. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Erika is trained and skilled in various other modalities, such as moxibustion, fire cupping, e-stim, and gua sha.
